How do I get another player's Ambassador to give me a quest? And lets say if I reach level 30 before buying the paid content will the achievement for reaching level 30 unlock once I purchase the paid content. I want the premium Greek pack.

|||you need to visit a friend in order to complete this quest. and yes, you will unlock all achievements
|||Make sure you visit someone on your friends list. Sometimes you have to visit someone's city of the opposing civ to get the quest to spawn.
