Please developers, speak out!

I'm sorry to say but I'm getting more and more dissapointed.
From the day the game launced I loved the game and got myself the premium edition.
Even though I love the game it has some serious flaws which I once described quite broad in a Suggestions topic, (http://forums.ageofempiresonline.com/forums/thread/88371.aspx)
These things -need- to be fixed if you want to keep the AoE fans who joined the franchise way before AOEO. Please tell us you're actually working on this stuff besides all those stuff people have to pay way to much for.
