|||Hehe,, the solution to villager rushes is not a major nerf to villagers like you want, but learning the proper strategy to counter the vill rush. Repair your town center is key.|||anx5 bonus damage for the tc wont hurt either|||
I understand how to defeat a Villager Rush. Even so, it's still "iffy" and more to the point, a completely unacceptable strategy for a game like this. To boil the potential strategies of this game into a Villager Rush is sad, sad, sad. But....it happens...ALOT.
Villagers NEED a nerf. They have more life than some military units and can deal decent enough damage to be obnoxious. Remove the temptation and nerf Villi's back to their intended purpose.
I don't mind a rush...but I do mind a brainless tactic completely enabled by a lack of game balance.
|||I'm pretty sure you didn't do that when I villager rushed you... (Didn't end well for me but I suck)|||I thought you are supposed to type BIT BY BIT!!!
|||The problem is that villagers have a huge damage bonus to buildings which doesn't make any sense to me. It's really apparent in the defend the pyramid challenges, where 10 angry villagers can quickly destroy the pyramid even with 30 villagers working on it (my first attempt I didn't know they were coming).

Yeah, oglix brings up a good point. The tc should have some kind of bonus vs. villagers.
It's not like anyone would ever town center rush...
|||Every time i see the noobie vill rush i type after counter the attack... " keep your noobie, childish play style" and then they resign...
I don't and will never accept this noobie play style...oooh i beat someone! how did you beat them? i used my vills 2 mins into the game...
What the heck is the point of having MILITARY buildings and MILITARY units if your going to win like this..instead of having warriors on the loading screen just put villagers picking berries.
you canjustifyyourself all you want i don't care. The fact is they'll nerf villagers eventually..
I would rather earn my win than against a childish play style.
