Where can I get the blueprints for the Spartan Academy or the Library of Pergamum? Are they random chests or rewards for quests?|||I got mine from a Random Chest.|||I was wondering this too. I was hoping it wasn't a random chest.
|||yes, you can get them from a random chest. but sometimes some1 sells them in trade channel
|||You could get them from bandit hut chests, quest rewards or trade. These kinds of decorations are pretty rare.
|||Yeah you have to find them in chest unfortunately. I seem to be extremely unlucky with chests, I have never had an epic shop in beta or now and never had any of these building required for the achievements and then I see people with all the shops and it makes me weep a little in side. I just hope one day I will find one...
