priestess of ra

Hi. I wanted to ask what exactly priestess of ra do when empower a building. I know that villigers brings more materials to storehouse, but what if I empower military building or building thats in creation?

|||I do not knowanythingregarding actual numbers. In answer to the other part you can only use one priestess on a building.
