Possible Spoiler of Things to Come?

In the description of Cyprus, it mentions having influences from Greece, Egypt, Persia and... Assyria. Hmm, Assyria? They could've included other obscure, more... island influential empires like the naval civs of Phonecia or Crete, but they chose Assyria. The chances are it might be over thinking. It is a bit like the fact the Defence of Crete hardest option islabelled40+ possibly hinting that they will raise the level cap in future.
