Is it possible to make two different accounts on the same pc?

My little brother wants to try the game when i am away and he doesnt have a pc plus i dont want him messing my city up when i am not with him. So i was thinking of making him an account, but i dont know how. Is it possible? if it is can you tell me how please? i made him an xbox live account but when i start the game it logs me in automatically as you know.

While we are on the subject. I purchased my brother the premium greek for his gamertag. Can I log in for him and claim his materials/do his daily quests? Is it against policy for one person to play two gamertags?

|||If you go into the game, and then press the [home] button and then sign out, you should be able to log a different gamertag in. Click on "sign in" and then your saved gamertag should appear within a window and the bottom it should say "Sign in with another Account." Does that work?|||

I totally forgot about the home button even though i read that message everytime i log in :s..
