Sorry for posting this in the wrong forum section. But when I want to write a new post in the Game Support section I log out automaticly :S
As stated in the subject, when I am playing Age of Empires Online my game just crashes at random moments. This only happend in quests so far. Usually the first time it crashes I get a windows popup, the sound keeps looping a sample of half a second... like RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, and I can click debug in the popup, then another popup makes me click close the program and then it switches back to the game and it works fine. The 2nd time the game crashes, it just stops, throwing me back to windows and the game doesnt run anymore.

Check the Windows Application logging to see if it shows a possible cause of the crash:
1. Click "Start" (Windows Icon on task bar)
2. Go to "Control Panel"
3. Go to the section "System and Security"
4. Go to "Administrative Tools" and click on "View event logs"
5. At the left side of the screen click on "Windows Logs" and "Application"
6. Search for Spartan.exe or anything AoEO related and post the results here

|||It looks like a soundcard driver issue. Are you using an external soundcard and/or an onboard soundchip? Try reinstalling and updating to the latest drivers for your soundcard/chip.
|||I use and external soundcard... but it got the latest drivers...
