helmets and other items

i'm currently a free player and i found that every uncommon stuff which is lower than level20 look SUCK!!!!!!!!

i care about the appearance of the 4th slot most because that effect the helmets my soldier are wearing...... these days i found some high level uncommon stuff called "peerless...." something.... i wonder if the "peerless embossed greaves" give me the Spartan helmet look and if any other

uncommon item that gives the similar look....

OR DO ALL UNCOMMON STUFF LOOK UGLY ?

|||As far as I know, it doesnt matter what gear unit wear. There is one model for uncommon gear, one for rare and one for epic. Every piece of gear is displayed separately, of course.|||but not all of the look the same....?|||Nah I've seen significant differences between green gear (and blue gear) on my trip from 1-24. They gradually look better and better as they get higher in level, other times two items of the same level and rarity will just have different looks you can pick between (mostly weapons and shields).
|||LOL but i've got some level 17 or 20 green stuff and they show no difference from the level 5 ones:(|||Sorry, Sanati is right :D There are some green shields that dont look like wooden crap... But I've seen no differences between other green gear. I guess green weapons' looks differ too (for example if you find uncommon metal sword its not gonna wear copper model, apparently), but I bet there is no difference between several green armors or several slot 4 green items... I actually have boots in slot 4 of my saris, but it in game it is displayed as helmet :D

Yeah I know any slot 4 items will be displayed as helmet, but I haven't found any player that has tried out the level thirty-something green stuff, so it gives me a little hope that they will look better!!!!:)
